What you will do

• Design and build internal developer tools to streamline engineering workflows.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, build performance, and deployment reliability.
• Define and track developer experience metrics to guide platform investment.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools to accelerate productivity.
• Establish standards for code quality, testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture decisions across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications.
• 2+ years of experience developing cloud-native applications.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL.
• Experience with microservice architecture and unit testing.
• Ability to work independently to research and solve complex technical problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Azure Container Apps and asynchronous messaging.
• Familiarity with Docker and NoSQL databases like Azure CosmosDB.
• Experience with frontend technologies including Angular and JavaScript.
