Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 / hour

What you will do

  • Drive customer revenue via outbound calls and emails focused on activation, subscription conversion, and renewal recovery.
  • Assist parents with account setup and demonstrate the platform's value to increase adoption.
  • Contact recently lapsed customers to support renewals and recover missed payments.
  • Maintain consistent outbound volume and meet performance goals for contact and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the overall customer journey.
  • Support ongoing experimentation by testing new scripts, email sequences, and outreach workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, customer retention, inside sales, or call center environments.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and conversion goals.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills for professional phone interactions.
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volumes with empathy and resilience.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and documenting customer interactions accurately.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription services.
  • Experience working in sensitive or emotionally nuanced customer situations.
