What you will do

• Support end-to-end payroll implementation projects throughout the process lifecycle.
• Analyze client requirements and help shape effective, tailored solutions.
• Configure and adapt payroll systems to meet specific client needs.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementing Payroll ERP solutions.
• Understanding of payroll processes and experience with system configuration.
• Spanish language proficiency is essential and fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Integrho.
• Experience with time & attendance solutions or HCM systems.
