What you will do
- Perform high-volume outbound outreach via phone, text, and email to support clients' employment journeys.
- Verify and update client information, including employment status and outcomes, ensuring data alignment with program requirements.
- Process and audit financial support claims for clients and employers according to company guidelines.
- Maintain compliant records of all client interactions in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize the flow of operational and claims-related information.
- Support various operational initiatives and project work to improve system-wide outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, ON for onsite work.
- 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented role.
- Strong background in auditing and data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain composure under pressure.
- Results-driven approach to problem-solving and time management.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Knowledge of the Employment Services industry.
