What you will do
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery of AI solutions by writing code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting deployments.
- Design and build scalable production systems leveraging LLMs and intelligent agents on the platform.
- Own data integration strategies, including building robust data models and processing pipelines using tools like Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Embed with client teams to translate complex operational challenges into actionable technical requirements.
- Perform deep-dive technical debugging of system interactions and AI model behaviors to optimize performance.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on MVPs to demonstrate capabilities and gather stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in data modeling, processing, and integration with platforms like Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Direct experience with the platform, including configuration and customization.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time to customer sites.
Nice to have
- Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce platform.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing, hands-on technical role.
- platform certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Architect).
- Knowledge of CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing).
- Experience developing conversational AI in regulated industries.
