What you will do
- Establish strategic account practices and engagement standards to strengthen portfolio performance and client continuity.
- Build and scale commercial discipline, operating rhythms, and service models to drive sustainable NRR.
- Develop senior client growth leaders capable of influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex enterprise relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Delivery, and Practice Leadership to ensure profitable and scalable account plans.
- Advance portfolio visibility through clear forecasting, health metrics, and expansion pipeline management.
Requirements
- Track record of scaling client growth or account management organizations in agency, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn trusted relationships into sustainable business growth.
- Proficiency in commercial strategy, including pricing, scoping, contract negotiation, and margin management.
- Confidence in partnering with senior client stakeholders and executive teams to build trust and influence.
- Experience building operational rigor and ensuring cross-functional alignment between teams.
- Must be based in the Americas aligned time zones.
