TL;DR

VP Of Client Growth (Agency): Owning the long-term health, retention, and growth of the client portfolio with an accent on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and multi-year partnerships. Location: Remote — North America (Open to candidates across the Americas aligned time zones, with a preference for Eastern Time Zone)

What you will do

  • Establish strategic account practices and engagement standards to strengthen portfolio performance and client continuity.
  • Build and scale commercial discipline, operating rhythms, and service models to drive sustainable NRR.
  • Develop senior client growth leaders capable of influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex enterprise relationships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Delivery, and Practice Leadership to ensure profitable and scalable account plans.
  • Advance portfolio visibility through clear forecasting, health metrics, and expansion pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Track record of scaling client growth or account management organizations in agency, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn trusted relationships into sustainable business growth.
  • Proficiency in commercial strategy, including pricing, scoping, contract negotiation, and margin management.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior client stakeholders and executive teams to build trust and influence.
  • Experience building operational rigor and ensuring cross-functional alignment between teams.
  • Must be based in the Americas aligned time zones.
