What you will do

• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing engineering workflows to drive acceleration and accuracy in testing.
• Develop and implement robust quality strategies for SaaS products, focusing on AI/ML and LLM integrations.
• Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows at scale.
• Oversee human evaluation processes for subjective quality dimensions, including response engagement, safety, and contextual accuracy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor senior engineers to advance their expertise and leadership contributions.
• Critically evaluate human and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven software development experience.
• Strong technical fundamentals in Java, particularly in data structures and algorithms.
• Expertise in LLM and AI/ML techniques to drive software validation and improve CICD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to build reliable system contexts.
• Related technical degree.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering software within an Agentic PDLC and proficiency in white-boxing code.
• Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Fluency with automation technologies such as JUnit, Jest, Selenium, and Jenkins.
