Salary: EUR 5,000–7,500 per month (gross)

What you will do
- Define and implement QA methodologies and strategies across all stages of the software lifecycle.
- Design and implement test automation processes, including the selection of tools and frameworks.
- Develop practices for non-functional testing covering reliability, scalability, performance, and fault tolerance.
- Specify quality gates for CI/CD processes and integrate QA-specific tools into pipelines.
- Lead, mentor, and train large QA teams, developing competency matrices and growth paths.
- Align business requirements with testing processes in collaboration with architects and developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Architect, Lead QA, or Senior QA.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing large QA teams (20+ people).
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMap) and automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, and Postman.
- Experience with REST API, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing QA efficiency tools leveraging generative AI capabilities.
- Experience participating in digital transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments.
