• Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed machine learning systems and large-scale solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to influence overall strategy and define the team's road map.

• Utilize the newest machine learning technologies, including LLMs, within the Information Retrieval space.
• Coach and develop junior engineers to foster technical growth within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, or distributed applications using Java, C++, C#, or Perl.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
