What you will do
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Prepare business cases, acceptance criteria, test plans, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate future-state process design workshops and map end-to-end workflows.
- Collaborate with architects and QA teams to translate requirements into solution blueprints.
- Lead system enhancements and process improvements within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop release notes, training materials, and change-management documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant IIBA certification.
- 5+ years of business analyst experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM platform.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. (approximately 5% to 15%).
- Proven experience in designing or implementing business processes or systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills for interacting with leadership and delivery partners.
