TL;DR

Growth Systems Business Analyst III (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Gathering and validating requirements to optimize business processes and implement system enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 with an accent on end-to-end workflow mapping and stakeholder liaison. Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite; must be based in the U.S. and able to travel 5-15% within the country.

What you will do

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather, document, and validate requirements.
  • Prepare business cases, acceptance criteria, test plans, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate future-state process design workshops and map end-to-end workflows.
  • Collaborate with architects and QA teams to translate requirements into solution blueprints.
  • Lead system enhancements and process improvements within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Develop release notes, training materials, and change-management documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant IIBA certification.
  • 5+ years of business analyst experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM platform.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. (approximately 5% to 15%).
  • Proven experience in designing or implementing business processes or systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills for interacting with leadership and delivery partners.
