What you will do
- Administer and troubleshoot macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows environments.
- Manage users and permissions within Google Workspace and Atlassian platforms.
- Configure hardware, reinstall operating systems, and set up necessary software.
- Handle IT equipment logistics, including sourcing, inventory, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain internal lab environments and network infrastructure.
- Implement basic scripting tasks and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, systems, and applications.
- Experience with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows.
- Ability to manage users in Google Workspace or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- English: Intermediate+ level required.
- Location: Must be based in Argentina.
