What you will do

• Administer and troubleshoot macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows environments.
• Manage users and permissions within Google Workspace and Atlassian platforms.
• Configure hardware, reinstall operating systems, and set up necessary software.
• Handle IT equipment logistics, including sourcing, inventory, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain internal lab environments and network infrastructure.
• Implement basic scripting tasks and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, systems, and applications.
• Experience with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows.
• Ability to manage users in Google Workspace or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• English: Intermediate+ level required.
• Location: Must be based in Argentina.
