Compensation: $180,000 – $187,000 (annualized)

What you will do
- Execute integrated communications and marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency and narrative alignment.
- Advise senior leadership on positioning and reputational considerations while managing executive visibility and media relations.
- Oversee PR materials, including talking points, op-eds, and speeches, and lead high-profile initiatives like the "CEO Tour."
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing on audience-centered content strategies across web, email, and social media.
- Manage and support a team of four direct reports, as well as external consultants and vendors.
- Maintain editorial planning processes and content calendars using Notion, Asana, and Slack.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing and communications, with leadership at Director or Senior Director level.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive-level communications.
- Proven ability to manage teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and data-informed communication strategies.

- Prior experience in interim, consulting, or fractional leadership roles.
