What you will do

• Execute integrated communications and marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency and narrative alignment.
• Advise senior leadership on positioning and reputational considerations while managing executive visibility and media relations.
• Oversee PR materials, including talking points, op-eds, and speeches, and lead high-profile initiatives like the "CEO Tour."
• Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing on audience-centered content strategies across web, email, and social media.
• Manage and support a team of four direct reports, as well as external consultants and vendors.
• Maintain editorial planning processes and content calendars using Notion, Asana, and Slack.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in marketing and communications, with leadership at Director or Senior Director level.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive-level communications.
• Proven ability to manage teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and data-informed communication strategies.
