What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and necessary legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and verify payroll-related data and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files within HR systems.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide guidance to colleagues on employment matters.
• Handle administrative tasks for student employees and support management requests.

Requirements

• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
• Intermediate to fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
• User-level knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday is a strong advantage).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset.
