What you will do

• Design and standardize end-to-end HR processes, including the creation of process maps, SOPs, and RACI frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and manual effort using root-cause analysis.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance HR service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure global compliance with labor laws, data protection standards, and internal policies.
• Align HR processes with HRIS workflows (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and support system-enabled design.
• Act as a process advisor for HR transformation initiatives and Shared Service Center (SSC) implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
• Strong expertise in process design, standardization, and governance.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
