What you will do

• Review and manage incoming marketing requests using Asana.
• Design high-quality flyers, social media graphics, postcards, presentations, and digital ads using Canva.
• Communicate with agents and internal teams to clarify project details and ensure expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and events.
• Utilize Office 365 tools for communication, document sharing, and team collaboration.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and shared marketing resources.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus).
• Strong familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong professional email communication skills with attention to tone and clarity.
• Portfolio required (applications with portfolios will be prioritized).
