Location: Remote (WFH), must be based in the Philippines (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)

What you will do

• Design and produce digital and print collateral, including social content, EDMs, signage, and brochures.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Deliver fast turnarounds for property listings, campaigns, and agent collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaign concepts.
• Manage and update design templates for internal team use.
• Adapt and resize assets for various formats and platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong expertise in typography, layout, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-turnaround environments.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PH Time).
