What you will do

• Own and execute the strategic product management for the Rolling Mill Services segment.
• Achieve annual sales, margin, and growth targets through effective commercial leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or metals commercial leadership.
• Proven success in business development, product management, or sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of rolling mill services, industrial equipment, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Must be able to travel as required to support business objectives.
