TL;DR
Senior Product Designer: Owning end-to-end product design for core areas of the app with an accent on problem framing through high-fidelity production specs and shipped features. Focus on driving design decisions independently and raising the quality bar across the team.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Salary: Bay Area Base Pay Range $134,087 – $178,782

What you will do
- Own end-to-end product design for core areas of the app.
- Drive design decisions independently, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data.
- Raise the quality bar across the team by modeling excellent craft, rigorous process, and sharp cross-functional communication.
- Collaborate actively with the Design Systems Specialist to contribute to and improve 's evolving design system.
- Shape 's design culture as a senior IC on the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience as a senior IC at a consumer-focused tech company.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end ownership.
- Proven experience designing for consumer mobile apps on iOS and/or Android.
- Track record of shipping features end-to-end within tight timelines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience designing for monetization surfaces.
