Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer: Owning end-to-end product design for core areas of the hirify.global app with an accent on problem framing through high-fidelity production specs and shipped features. Focus on driving design decisions independently and raising the quality bar across the team.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: Bay Area Base Pay Range $134,087 – $178,782

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for core areas of the hirify.global app.
• Drive design decisions independently, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Raise the quality bar across the team by modeling excellent craft, rigorous process, and sharp cross-functional communication.
• Collaborate actively with the Design Systems Specialist to contribute to and improve hirify.global's evolving design system.
• Shape hirify.global's design culture as a senior IC on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience as a senior IC at a consumer-focused tech company.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end ownership.
• Proven experience designing for consumer mobile apps on iOS and/or Android.
• Track record of shipping features end-to-end within tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience designing for monetization surfaces.
