What you will do

• Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with proper documentation.
• Support the monthly close process to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and resolve variances.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience in accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
• Must be based in Argentina or Brazil.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite.
