NDT Technical Sales Representative & Product Specialist (Industrial Imaging): Driving technical solution selling and territory growth for the Non-Destructive Testing portfolio in Canada with an accent on direct end-customer selling and channel partner development. Location: Canada (Preferably Central Canada); requires extensive travel within Canada and internationally.

What you will do

  • Manage technical solution selling and territory growth for the NDT portfolio across Canada.
  • Execute a mixed commercial model involving direct end-customer selling and channel partner development.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline creation, customer education, demonstrations, and installation coordination.
  • Provide technical expertise and product training to the international sales team and channel partners.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between suppliers and internal teams for product updates and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing, industrial imaging, or a similar B2B technical environment.
  • Proven track record in technical solution selling or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of NDT methods, with a preference for radiographic testing.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Canada and internationally.
  • Excellent communication, written, and executive-level presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital imaging technologies (CR, DR, CT).
  • Previous experience in Sales and Channel Management.
  • Experience delivering technical training to customers, partners, or internal staff.
