What you will do

• Write, review, and publish user guides, feature documentation, and release notes for the Help Center.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Maintain and improve existing documentation for better clarity and usability.
• Develop in-product content and documentation tailored for frontline users.
• Optimize documentation processes and keep the content library organized.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate and enhance the writing workflow.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in technical or product documentation, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple and straightforward manner.
• User-focused mindset, especially regarding the needs of frontline workers.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Experience managing workloads and deliverables in a collaborative environment.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Montreal or Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for industrial, operations, or maintenance-related products.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code tools such as Markdown, Git, and static site generators.
• Experience with API or developer-facing documentation.
• Exposure to UX writing or in-product content creation.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French.
