What you will do

• Write and maintain product documentation, guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Create sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, presentations, and case studies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to document new features and capabilities.
• Develop thought leadership content, articles, and executive communications to shape company positioning.
• Interview subject matter experts to transform complex conversations into structured, polished content.
• Build scalable content systems rather than creating one-off documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience writing across multiple formats, including documentation, articles, and reports.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment with limited direction.
• Experience integrating AI tools into the writing workflow.
• Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of writing styles and formats.
