What you will do

• Lead the full algorithm development lifecycle from requirements gathering and data curation to production and maintenance.
• Select and implement appropriate methods, balancing deep learning techniques with traditional statistical or DSP approaches.
• Enhance internal ML tools and model architectures to improve team efficiency and rapid experimentation.
• Ensure algorithm implementations are user-friendly, well-documented, and rigorously tested with CI/CD and non-regression testing.
• Present technical results to stakeholders and support client-facing projects to shape the impact of deployed algorithms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, ideally in regulated health sciences.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Strong background in digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics.
• Experience with software engineering best practices including Docker, version control, and CI/CD.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both internal and external audiences.
