Location: Hybrid (3 in-office days per week in Norwalk, CT)

What you will do

• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to empower Inventory Management and Purchasing teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting inventory strategies and supply execution.
• Develop forecasting and optimization models to support safety stock logic and purchasing decisions.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business partners.
• Design and improve analytical tools to increase operational visibility and ensure supply/demand alignment.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into effective technical and analytical solutions.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Expert level proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and automated tool building.
• Strong quantitative and strategic thinking skills to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work from the Norwalk, CT office 3 days a week (Monday–Wednesday).

Nice to have

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with supply planning and forecasting systems like NetSuite or Toolio.
