What you will do

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable EHS laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement control measures.
• Design and maintain health and safety programs to reduce incidents and promote a safety culture.
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees and management on EHS policies and emergency response.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
• Monitor environmental impacts, including waste management and pollution control, and maintain accurate compliance records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment Science, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid Ahli K3 Umum certification required.
• Strong knowledge of EHS Management Systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
