What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of engineers, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and fostering a productive work climate.
• Ensure the planned output of all production deliverables is met according to quality, delivery time, and cost objectives.
• Oversee detailed manpower planning and supervise operational progress.
• Identify, initiate, and drive actions to improve production processes and products.
• Collaborate on project activities related to the introduction of new products into production.
• Ensure the proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical higher vocational level, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a technical field.
• 4-6 years of proven experience as a People Leader in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in production management and application of LEAN principles.
• Experience managing improvement projects within complex working environments.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule (early/late) and occasional weekend shifts.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
