Team Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite production role in a cleanroom environment with a 2-shift schedule: early shift 06:30–15:30 and late shift 15:00–00:00, plus a weekend shift every 4 weeks.

Indicative fixed annual salary: €67,000–€75,500, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment; shift allowance is paid in addition. Company profit sharing is excluded.

hirify.global develops and produces EUV wafer scanners and sources; the EUV factory is responsible for their production and installation.

What you will do

• Manage and coach a production team of engineers while coordinating with production and quality engineers, logistics representatives, and development representatives.
• Control system progress and planning, set priorities, delegate tasks, solve problems, and manage team skills.
• Deliver planned production output while meeting quality, delivery-time, and cost objectives.
• Plan manpower in detail and supervise execution of the manufacturing process.
• Initiate and drive improvements to production processes and products.
• Participate in introducing new products into production and ensure proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical higher vocational education or a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree in a technical area is also accepted.
• 4–6 years of proven experience as a people leader in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production management.
• Experience with LEAN principles.
• Experience in improvement projects and complex working environments.
• Strong personality, team-building ability, good social skills, and service orientation.
• Flexible, goal-oriented, proactive, analytical, structured, persistent, and able to deal with stressful situations.
• Change management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under the United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
