What you will do

• Lead and manage the national display strategy end-to-end.
• Develop display strategies in collaboration with Marketing partners.
• Manage alignment and approvals for displays across all organizational levels.
• Track changes to the plan and generate reports for national and account levels.
• Conduct regular promo reviews with National Account Managers.
• Owner and lead of National Sales Release meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Sales.
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales with demonstrable skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Passion for the beauty industry and current trends.
