What you will do
- Resolve customer support tickets regarding account, technical, purchase, and gameplay issues.

- Ensure high-quality player experience through effective troubleshooting and communication.
Requirements
- English: C1+ proficiency required.
- Must be located in Albania, Algeria, Ghana, Kosovo, Nigeria, or Tunisia.
- In-depth knowledge of video games and passion for the gaming industry.
- Own a modern gaming PC/laptop meeting specific hardware requirements (Windows 11, 8GB RAM, SSD, dedicated GPU).
- Stable internet connection (min 15 Mbps up/down, latency < 120ms).
- Dedicated quiet workspace within your residence.
