What you will do

• Support the CRIO in high-stakes internal and external meetings by developing agendas, briefings, and presentations.
• Manage the biannual Advisory Board meetings, including agenda-setting, logistics, and post-meeting follow-through.
• Create and maintain a portfolio of donor-specific pitch materials to showcase Airbel's value proposition and impact.
• Lead the reboot and day-to-day management of the public website and LinkedIn presence.
• Coordinate earned media efforts by managing specialist consultants and providing content for media placement.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in communications or strategic engagement, ideally within research or humanitarian contexts.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex technical content for non-specialist audiences.
• Proficiency in writing across various formats including executive briefings, pitch decks, and web copy.
• Experience managing digital presence via CMS (WordPress, Drupal) and social media channels.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in professional communications workflows.
• UK-based candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
