TL;DR

Senior Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the product roadmap for Truework's enterprise customer segment, specifically mortgage lenders and financial institutions, with an accent on scalable verification solutions and enterprise-grade reliability. Focus on synthesizing complex financial requirements into prioritized roadmaps and driving adoption and retention KPIs for high-scale clients.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub (e.g., San Francisco, CA). Work format: Hybrid, office attendance 3+ days a week is required.

Salary: $247,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap for enterprise customers, including large lenders and financial institutions.
  • Build strategic relationships with enterprise clients to serve as the primary product voice.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define, prioritize, and ship features meeting enterprise requirements.
  • Define and track enterprise-specific KPIs, including adoption, retention, and verification performance.
  • Influence platform investments and partnership strategies to ensure core infrastructure supports enterprise scale.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience in fintech, compliance, or other regulated industries where accuracy and trust are critical.
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Ops, Sales) toward shared outcomes.
  • Ability to synthesize complex enterprise requirements into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders from engineering teams to executives.
