What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specific machining requirements.
• Program and edit G-code to optimize machining performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain equipment and ensure work areas comply with food safety and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in programming and editing CNC G-code.
• Knowledge of food-safe materials such as stainless steel and food-grade plastics.
• Must be able to work on-site in Baltimore, MD.
• Availability for first shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm) and overtime (every other Saturday).
