Location: Remote (Must be based in the continental US, between Eastern and Pacific time zones)
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year OTE + equity

What you will do
- Own a customer communication strategy to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Build and deploy educational materials and high-impact training programs to improve onboarding and product adoption.
- Develop and maintain data-driven messaging campaigns to create a coherent customer journey.
- Create and maintain self-serve resources for customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with revenue and product teams.
- Scale customer retention and identify upsell opportunities using a metrics-backed approach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience, ideally in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Training within a SaaS environment.
- Ability to manage onboarding processes combining human interaction and self-service tools.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and lead creative customer engagement efforts.
- Strong communication skills for delivering complex topics via video and writing.
- Must be based in the continental US (between Eastern and Pacific time zones).
- Proficiency with G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Intercom, and Canva.

- Background in nonprofit development or fundraising.
- Experience working with SMB customers.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
- Previous experience working remotely.
