Salary: $144,000–$216,000

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers to foster high performance and accountability.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, translating business priorities into measurable programs.
- Oversee Trust & Safety initiatives, including policy design and enforcement workflows.
- Manage programs supporting risk management and regulatory compliance obligations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Policy, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams.
- Establish operational playbooks, escalation frameworks, and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or management consulting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a people management role.
- Experience working in Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Policy functions.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to balance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Exceptional executive communication skills for distilling complex situations into clear narratives.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, or AML/KYC.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Comfort with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
