What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers to foster high performance and accountability.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, translating business priorities into measurable programs.
• Oversee Trust & Safety initiatives, including policy design and enforcement workflows.
• Manage programs supporting risk management and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Policy, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams.
• Establish operational playbooks, escalation frameworks, and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or management consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a people management role.
• Experience working in Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Policy functions.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional executive communication skills for distilling complex situations into clear narratives.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, or AML/KYC.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Comfort with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
