What you will do

• Manage bookkeeping for approximately 20 commercial real estate properties, including rent collections and bill payments.
• Process high-volume daily transactions for restaurant operations via Toast POS integration.
• Maintain financial records across multiple entities using QuickBooks Online as the primary platform.
• Handle periodic insurance and property tax payments for real estate holdings.
• Support bookkeeping operations for an online eyewear retail business.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to manage local processing in a hybrid model.

Requirements

• Proven experience with restaurant bookkeeping and POS system integration.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with commercial real estate property accounting (preferred).
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a significant plus.
• Ability to handle both high-volume and low-volume transaction environments.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Pacific time.
