Location: Based in Berlin or Zurich, with international travel.

What you will do

  • Be hirify.global’s recognised authority on the traveler audience and their commercial implications for brands.
  • Own the traveler marketing narrative, value proposition, and positioning for advertiser and agency conversations.
  • Build and evolve a portfolio of insights solutions for partners, including audience stories, category playbooks, and presentation materials.
  • Equip Brand and Agency Partnership teams with a sharp commercial story anchored in a clear view of the traveler.
  • Lead hirify.global’s thought leadership programme on traveler marketing and represent the company at industry events.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to ensure a coherent traveler marketing story across all communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in senior commercial, brand strategy, marketing strategy, sales enablement, solutions, or commercial planning roles.
  • Genuine fascination with consumer behaviour and audience strategy, ideally with exposure to the traveler, retail, hospitality, or premium consumer space.
  • Outstanding storytelling, narrative, and presentation skills to translate complex inputs into commercially relevant stories.
  • Strong commercial instinct and understanding of how brands and agencies make media and marketing investment decisions.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders and on stage at industry events.
  • Based in Berlin or Zurich, with the ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in English required; German, French, or additional languages a strong advantage.
