What you will do

• Conduct on-site inspections and field investigations for residential and commercial property and liability claims.
• Document damages, causation indicators, and findings through notes, photographs, and diagrams.
• Evaluate loss facts, coverage, liability, and exposure to support claim handling.
• Prepare timely, accurate, and well-documented reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with examiners, carriers, policyholders, vendors, and attorneys.
• Manage field assignments within service expectations and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field adjusting or related claims experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) for NY, NJ, or other assigned jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local/regional travel.
• Experience with property and liability claims handling.
• Proficiency with claims platforms and estimating tools like Xactimate.
• Strong investigative mindset and professional communication skills.
