What you will do

• Review new claim assignments and contact claimants within 24 hours.
• Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and determine the appropriateness of damage estimates.
• Manage attorney involvement and coordinate with defense counsel on litigated claims.
• Request payment authorizations and follow client-specific settlement guidelines.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and meet a 95% closure ratio.
• Ensure mandatory reporting to Medicare and compliance with relevant state laws.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Possession of a valid Adjuster license and ability to maintain CEU credits.
• Strong knowledge of Tort Law, liability principles, and medical terminology.
• Previous experience settling bodily injury claims.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
