What you will do
- Oversee and improve cross-departmental marketing operations processes for an AI-enabled organization.
- Design and manage scalable workflows to improve efficiency, accountability, and speed-to-market.
- Develop and execute the Marketing Ops tool strategy and roadmap, including GenAI tools.
- Lead the selection and implementation of marketing enablement platforms like Project Management and Digital Asset Management.
- Facilitate enterprise-level planning processes to ensure alignment with strategy and resource prioritization.
- Provide strategic insights through quantitative analysis and develop business cases for transformational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, technology, or analytics.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines.
- 1+ year of experience designing and implementing GenAI-enabled marketing workflows.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience within financial services or insurance.
- Strong background in ROI evaluation and marketing investment optimization.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
