What you will do

  • Develop and enhance automation features for KYB onboarding.
  • Implement LLM and AI/ML solutions to optimize verification processes.
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and compliance teams to drive innovation in automation.
  • Validate hypotheses and monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical product management focusing on KYC/KYB, compliance, fintech, or digital identity.
  • Proficiency with product lifecycle management and technical tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work closely with development teams.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries for data analytics.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Technical background and understanding of software development principles.
  • Skill in LLM prompt engineering and AI agents prototyping.
  • Ability to write simple scripts in any programming language for hypothesis testing.
