Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on NAIS hardware, software, and AIS related standards.
• Research design changes and develop monitoring methods to identify complex system problems not detected by routine monitoring.
• Respond to NAIS system casualties remotely and conduct on-site troubleshooting as required.
• Develop processes and policies for identifying out-of-tolerance or underperforming sites.
• Create and maintain FATDMA schedules and link loss budgets for NAIS base stations.
• Prepare TCTO documentation and formal reports on system deficiencies in accordance with USCG policies.

Requirements

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Public Trust.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of C4I System Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience with NAIS.
• Expertise in RF transmitters, receivers, antenna propagation, RF filter networks, and interference mitigation.
• Security+ certification required within 6 months of employment.
