What you will do

• Own design quality across web and mobile product areas.
• Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers, driving career growth and building team culture.
• Translate product strategy into focused design execution, rooted in customer understanding.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to align on priorities and advocate for user needs.
• Raise the craft bar by contributing to design critiques and investing in the design system.
• Lead the team in adopting AI tools and practices to accelerate design work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• 1–3 years of experience managing product designers.
• Strong product thinking and craft judgment, understanding customer problems and business tradeoffs.
• Consistent, direct, and accountable approach to building trust.
• Care about AI-powered product experiences.
• Must be based in Argentina and able to work in EST hours

Nice to have

• Experience with frontline, mobile-first, or offline-capable product design.
• Background in industrial, operations, or maintenance-adjacent domains.
• Experience contributing to or scaling a design system.
• Familiarity with designing for AI-powered workflows and data-rich interfaces.
