What you will do
- Lead wholesale partnerships and expansion across UK/IE channels, including technology, sporting goods, and health/wellness.
- Manage the end-to-end retailer pipeline, from initial outreach and proposals to negotiations and onboarding.
- Optimize existing retailer relationships via quarterly business reviews and weekly touchpoints.
- Own commercial strategy, including assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to execute contracts and establish wholesale policies.
- Coordinate with brand managers and trade marketing to grow the regional membership base.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales and market expansion, ideally within a startup environment.
- Must currently reside in the UK or Ireland.
- Industry experience in consumer electronics or sports technology.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of collaborating across operations, trade compliance, and marketing.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to retailers, trade shows, and HQ in Boston.
