What you will do

  • Lead wholesale partnerships and expansion across UK/IE channels, including technology, sporting goods, and health/wellness.
  • Manage the end-to-end retailer pipeline, from initial outreach and proposals to negotiations and onboarding.
  • Optimize existing retailer relationships via quarterly business reviews and weekly touchpoints.
  • Own commercial strategy, including assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to execute contracts and establish wholesale policies.
  • Coordinate with brand managers and trade marketing to grow the regional membership base.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales and market expansion, ideally within a startup environment.
  • Must currently reside in the UK or Ireland.
  • Industry experience in consumer electronics or sports technology.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Proven track record of collaborating across operations, trade compliance, and marketing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to retailers, trade shows, and HQ in Boston.
