What you will do

• Design and implement AI features using modern LLMs to enhance product capabilities.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, chunking, and vector storage.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI) or Node.js.
• Ensure AI quality and safety through confidence scoring, evaluation methods, and guardrails.
• Maintain AI traceability, logging, and auditability for regulated environments.
• Integrate external systems and enforce strong API security standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI-driven systems development.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js within production environments.
• Practical knowledge of LLM APIs, open-source models, and RAG architectures.
• Expertise in REST API best practices, OpenAPI, and data modeling.
• Experience with vector and orchestration tools like Pinecone, FAISS, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of AI safety, hallucination mitigation, and guardrail design.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, gaming, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Kafka, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Ability to design agent architectures and complex data pipelines.
