What you will do
- Own and evolve the enterprise AI activation strategy, including governance, platform selection, and value optimization.
- Assess and shape the AI vendor landscape to align with business priorities and security constraints.
- Partner with business leaders to connect strategic needs with enterprise IT execution.
- Design pragmatic AI governance models that balance innovation speed with risk management.
- Drive cultural change within IT to foster a consultative, business-enabling mindset.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and market developments to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bulgaria.
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
- Deep knowledge of leading AI platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Anthropic) and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to influence complex organizations and translate between technical and business audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
- Certifications in Agile or AI-related disciplines.
- Curiosity for emerging technology trends and innovation.
