What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise AI activation strategy, including governance, platform selection, and value optimization.
• Assess and shape the AI vendor landscape to align with business priorities and security constraints.
• Partner with business leaders to connect strategic needs with enterprise IT execution.
• Design pragmatic AI governance models that balance innovation speed with risk management.
• Drive cultural change within IT to foster a consultative, business-enabling mindset.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and market developments to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria.
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Deep knowledge of leading AI platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Anthropic) and enterprise applications.
• Proven experience implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to influence complex organizations and translate between technical and business audiences.
