What you will do

• Develop and solution new AI Agents using agent frameworks, low-code/no-code platforms, and custom environments.
• Create core "Utility Agents" as modular foundations for complex business workflows.
• Define and document integration patterns and standards to ensure agent modularity and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify processes and select pre-vetted modular blocks.
• Execute the AGENT Framework (Assess, Govern, Engineer, Network, Transform) for solution building.
• Translate complex integration concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business process owners.

Requirements

• Strong development background in API integration and automation workflows using Python or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with Linux and Kubernetes.
• Must reside in the EMEA region (specifically Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Portugal, Italy, or France).
• Strong technical documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge technical and business acumen.

Nice to have

• Experience with N8N or Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with LLM Evaluation frameworks.
