What you will do
- Lead the development and qualification of advanced plasma process technologies.
- Drive process optimization to meet specific customer requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for reliability issues and define best practices.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware and software.
- Interface with customers for demos, qualifications, and technical issue resolution.
- Contribute to the etch roadmap, write invention disclosures, and publish technical papers.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge and utilization of DOE and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with plasma etch equipment and process interactions.
- Familiarity with failure analysis, defect characterization, and metrology (e.g., SEM).
- Experience with endpoint methods and OES.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
