What you will do

• Lead the development and qualification of advanced plasma process technologies.
• Drive process optimization to meet specific customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for reliability issues and define best practices.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware and software.
• Interface with customers for demos, qualifications, and technical issue resolution.
• Contribute to the etch roadmap, write invention disclosures, and publish technical papers.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge and utilization of DOE and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with plasma etch equipment and process interactions.
• Familiarity with failure analysis, defect characterization, and metrology (e.g., SEM).
• Experience with endpoint methods and OES.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
