What you will do

• Manage billing, pricing, and reconciliations with high accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze vendor pricing, contracts, and financial data to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with global vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports and build dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational risks.
• Provide guidance, training, and onboarding support to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Must be based in or able to work in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid setup.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial systems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or RPA (UiPath).
• Exposure to AI/ML or intelligent automation in reporting and operations.
