What you will do

• Define and execute the International Finance strategy to accelerate growth and maximize FCF generation.
• Lead the International Finance team of 15 employees, covering FP&A and Controlling across all Group brands.
• Manage annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, performance reporting, and 5-year strategic business plans.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Regional CFOs and Berlin-based international teams via value-based analytics.
• Improve and automate data models and business intelligence efforts to support growth.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial reporting under Management Reporting and IFRS.

Requirements

• Extensive finance experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of leading senior teams and developing talent.
• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and financial model building.
• Strong experience in P&L management and analysis.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a technology company or high-tech environment.
• Proficiency with planning tools such as Anaplan.
• Experience with reporting and consolidation tools such as Onestream.
