What you will do

• Own the full P&L narrative for the Restaurant vertical across all operating countries.
• Write variance commentary for Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews for senior leadership.
• Manage multi-billion EUR transaction-volume budgets, including regional allocations and risk tracking.
• Define and maintain reporting frameworks to ensure consistent financial language and performance measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose performance shifts and recommend actionable business strategies.
• Shape financial processes and models in a newly formed team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, M&A, or FP&A at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of writing P&L commentary for senior leadership in multi-country organizations.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, margin drivers, and commercial structures.
• Experience partnering with non-finance teams like product, commercial, or operations.
• Comfortable leading budget and performance conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in using AI tools to improve financial analysis workflows.
