What you will do

• Manage monthly closing processes and internal financial reporting, including P&L and Cost Center Reports.
• Develop financial reports to provide leadership with insights into costs, revenues, and business performance.
• Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Build and maintain high-standard structured spreadsheet models in Excel.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude to increase efficiency in reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in controlling within energy markets (cost, revenue, or sales).
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Excel, specifically with clean model structures and complex formulas.
• English and German language skills at C1/C2 level.
• Must be based in Germany.
